Jimboomba Christmas Brigade
In the spirit of Christmas and in support of the Jimboomba Fire and Rescue Service, Logan City Council has teamed up with local community groups and businesses to once again host the Jimboomba Christmas Brigade 2023.
Dress up the kids in Christmas attire and come down to Rotary Park on Friday 8 December from 4 pm for:
- Meeting Santa with the fire brigade & police
- Christmas face painting
- Christmas arts & crafts at Dorrington House
- Movie in the park
- Local food trucks
- Jumping castle
- Petting zoo
At 6:30 pm, there will be a screening of the Christmas movie, Elliot: The Littlest Reindeer on the big screen in Rotary Park. The team at BOQ Jimboomba will be sponsoring and providing free popcorn for the first 400 to arrive for the Christmas outdoor movie night. Don’t forget to bring a picnic blanket and/or folding chairs.
Parking is located at the vacant property at 635 Cusack Lane, across from Rotary Park (this will be managed by Rotary Jimboomba with a gold coin donation), with overflow parking located at Jimboomba State School Oval.
This is a free community event, however registration is essential for planning and to keep you updated on any event changes.
Condition of entry:
- No alcohol
- No pets (service dogs are allowed)
- No smoking
- Photos will be taken at the event
