Walking Football programs focus on passing rather than speed and running. Matches are played with modified formats (5v5/6v6) on smaller pitches with shortened game times, utilising the defined ‘Walking Football Rules and Formats,’ specifically non-contact with the players ‘always having one foot on the ground’.
This activity is for players aged 50 and above. Occurs every Wednesday between 9:30 am until 11 am, unless otherwise flagged.
