Batty Halloween in the Park

Join us for an evening of spooky educational fun for Bat Week and Halloween!

‘Fly on down’ to Doug Larsen Park with the family and come dressed in your best batty costume, from 4:30 pm until 6:30 pm. Learn about our special night-time pollinators, the flying-foxes, and watch them fly out at sunset in search of food.

There will be lots of free fun activities, including a best-dressed competition, craft activities for the kids, sausage sizzle for dinner and a special guest appearance by a very special educational Black Flying-fox, Fig.
