Domestic and Family Violence Prevention Month workshops
In honour of Domestic and Family Violence Prevention Month, Beenleigh Neighbourhood Centre is hosting 8 free workshops throughout the month of May.
These skills-based workshops will address the many areas of women’s lives that are impacted by all forms of domestic and family violence.
The workshops will cover these subjects:
- Post-crisis therapeutic parenting skills
- Legal literacy
- Financial security
- Cooking class
- Female self-protection training
- Empowerment through emotional self-defence b
- Art therapy
