New Beenleigh Courtyard Cafe opens

The new Courtyard Cafe at Your Lifestyle Centre in Beenleigh has quickly become a must-do destination.

The cafe, which was officially opened by Division 12 Councillor Karen Murphy in early March, is located at the rear of the centre at 20 Alamein Street. It is open from 9 am to 1 pm, Monday to Friday.

The menu includes a range of teas and coffees, fresh and toasted sandwiches, hot and cold savouries, biscuits, cakes, milkshakes and juices.

The cafe’s $8 coffee and cake deal is popular, while takeaway meals are also available.

Cr Murphy says the benefits of the new cafe go well beyond the tasty offerings on the menu.

‘The cafe is a great place to meet friends and make new ones,’ Cr Murphy says.

Your Lifestyle Centre Chief Executive Officer Megan Zwart says the new cafe complements the many other offerings at the centre.

These include excursions, entertainment, hairdressing and activities such as bingo, indoor bowls and line dancing.

‘There truly is something for everyone,’ Megan says.
