Weed ID and Control Workshop
Join us for an interactive workshop where you’ll learn to spot and tackle the most common weeds in Logan. Led by local experts from Oxley Creek Catchment Association, this session features a guided walk through the park to help you identify common weed species, hands-on demonstrations of control techniques, and practical tips for using chemicals safely and effectively.

Important information:
- This event is designed for adults and families.
- Recommended for ages 12 years and older with parent/guardian supervision.
- This is an outdoor walk in a park with uneven surfaces and unsealed tracks. Participants must be physically able to stand and walk through a park for up to 3 hours.
- Please wear fully enclosed shoes and long-sleeved sun-smart clothing. Bring along gloves, drinking water, insect repellent, and a camera or mobile phone for pictures.
You must register and secure a ticket for all people attending.
