Feedback sought on local park upgrade

A neighbourhood park in Shailer Park that has served the community for more than 30 years is scheduled for a refresh.

Division 10 Councillor Miriam Stemp says a review is underway looking at upgrades and improvements to Adelong Park in Adelong Road.

‘I look forward to receiving feedback on the proposed upgrades to Adelong Park from local residents on Council’s Have Your Say website in coming months,’ Cr Stemp says.

‘The playground equipment in the park is now quite dated and we will be looking to replace that with a modern, more functional play space.’
