Local boost for transport options

Beenleigh is now a new base for TransitCare – Australia’s largest community transport provider.

The not-for-profit organisation is a lifeline for local seniors and people living with disabilities, providing essential transport services that help them maintain independence and stay connected to their communities.

TransitCare’s door-to-door transport services are tailored to meet the needs of those who face challenges in mobility, ensuring they can access medical appointments, social activities, and everyday errands with ease.

The new Beenleigh location, in Production Street, will provide even more Division 12 residents with reliable and affordable transport options which helps foster inclusivity and accessibility.

TransitCare was founded in Logan in 1992. It now delivers more than 305,000 trips each year in Logan and other areas across the state.

Congratulations to TransitCare on this remarkable achievement and welcome to Division 12.
