New Timothy Park playground

Families have a new place to play in Slacks Creek with bright play equipment and park infrastructure installed at Timothy Park.

The Park Road playground features a flying fox, 2-bay swing, climbing structure and a flower rocker.

Division 3 Councillor Mindy Russell says there is fresh sand and soft-fall rubber ground coverings to ensure ample safe areas for young children.

‘To me, this gorgeous playground was a no-brainer worth investing in for kids living nearby and school students to enjoy,’ Cr Russell says.

‘When I got to consult local families, they provided excellent ideas. Logan children are the best at designing play spaces near their homes.’

Street parking is available and the park can be accessed via the popular Slacks Track bicycle and pedestrian pathway.
