City of Logan People’s Excellence Awards 2026 finalists named
Finalists have been announced for the inaugural City of Logan People’s Excellence Awards, ahead of the award ceremony in March.
Logan City Council is presenting 17 awards in 6 categories, celebrating excellence and impact across sports, art, business, community service, innovation, environmental leadership and more, alongside a Mayor’s Excellence Award for an individual who has made exceptional contributions to the city.
Mayor Jon Raven says the number of outstanding people nominated has made the judging panel’s job very tough.
‘This day is about the people who give back and help make Logan a great place to live,’ Mayor Raven says.
‘Each one of our finalists has made a real mark. They step up, lend a hand and help others shine.
‘They show what Logan can do when we back each other and have a go. That spirit is what makes our city so amazing.’
