Unwind through sound at LEAF
Loganholme’s Muse Crystals and Mystical Gifts in Loganholme has long been a haven for those going through a rough patch or seeking something more in life.
Many find comfort in large chunks of crystals like clear quartz known for its cleansing qualities, while others seek support from spiritual conduits trained in practices such as Reiki, sound healing and alternate medicine at Muse Bath House, Day Spa & Retreat.
These holistic healing modalities will be in the spotlight at Logan Eco Action Festival this year on 4 June.
Muse Crystals’ certified sound healers will be hosting sound journeys at the Wellness Village, where participants are invited to relax while being bathed in resonant sounds.
Known for releasing stress, anxiety and tension, these sound journeys incorporate crystal alchemy singing bowls and other instruments which produce vibrations that are said to help with chakra alignment.
Muse Crystals owners Deborah Toussaint and Alicia Cappello believe guests will leave feeling lighter, inspired and transformed.
‘LEAF is the perfect fit for us because sound, vibration and meditation grounds us and can bring alignment, calm and consciousness into the body, mind, spirit and environment,’ Deborah says.
While this is the first time Muse Crystals will be participating in LEAF, the business has always put the planet and community first.
‘We reuse our boxes and bubble wrap by giving them back to the local community for storage or moving purposes, and we use planet-friendly products at our spa,’ Deborah says.
The spa treatments are sourced from nature with formulations that include magnesium, flowers, fruits, coconuts and natural clays.
‘We’ve also been able to help build up the community by giving local healers and artists a space to host events and bring everyone together,’ Deborah says.
In the lead-up to LEAF, Deborah and her team have been involved with ongoing personal and professional development to enhance the overall experience they provide to their guests.
‘We have to expand and heal ourselves before we’re able to hold a more heartfelt and nurturing experience for others,’ she says.
