2025 Masters League Games Crossfit
Launched in 2014, the Masters League Games is a dynamic competition series for athletes aged 35 and over.
Its mission is to empower older athletes to reach their full potential and gain the recognition they deserve. Designed specifically for this demographic, the competition not only promotes peak performance but also celebrates the enduring spirit of those who challenge age barriers with unwavering enthusiasm.
The Masters League competition spans multiple stages, attracting participants from across Australia and around the world, including Asia, New Zealand, Europe, and the Americas. These athletes share a common goal: to progress through each stage and ultimately secure a place at the pinnacle event — the Masters League Games.
Competition categories are divided into age groups: 35–39, 40–44, 45–49, 50–54, 55–59, 60–64, 65–69, and 70+, with both individual and team events. In addition, athletes compete in divisions based on capability — Soldier, Warrior, and Hero — ensuring fair and challenging matchups.
Events cover a broad range of disciplines, including swimming, running, Olympic weightlifting (snatch, clean and jerk), kettlebell swings, dumbbell work, skipping, rope climbs, bar and ring muscle-ups, chest-to-bar pull-ups, toes-to-bar, wall balls, and handstand walks. Each challenge showcases the skill, strength, and resilience of competitors who prove that excellence has no age limit.
