Safer intersection upgrade on the way

To improve road safety, the Teviot Road and Cusack Lane intersection in South Maclean will soon be upgraded with funding from the Australian Government’s Black Spot Program.

The upgrade includes installing traffic lights, pedestrian crossings and new bicycle lanes.

These improvements are helping create safer roads across City of Logan suburbs and making the Logan road network more reliable and convenient for all users.

Construction will start early 2024 and the timeline for completion is yet to be determined, pending weather and construction conditions.
