For My Father's Kingdom - Film Screening

For My Father’s Kingdom also screens with the documentary short film Mahika Kai. Directed by Kieran Mpetyana Satour (10 mins). Set against the wild terrain of Wānaka, Mahika Kai follows a family of Kāi Tahu cultural conservators and knowledge-holders on their mission to rehabilitate disintegrating landscapes through the regeneration of their traditional food gathering practices.

Filming 6:30 pm in the Butterbox Theatre.

Kiosk opens one hour before the screening for drinks and snacks.
