Park upgrades for Shailer Park

Peters Park and Maranda Park will undergo upgrades in coming months, creating new spaces to bring the community together.
Councillor Miriam Stemp says new elements are being combined with existing features in Peters Park and a new dog friendly space is being built
at Maranda Park.
‘Upgrades to Peters Park will feature new playground equipment, seating area, and barbecue. At Maranda Park there will be a dog off-leash area, drinking fountain, dog waste bins and seating,’ Cr Stemp says.
These upgrades will create places where local residents can come together and spend time with their neighbours and their pets.
