Budding ninjas ready to show their skills

The new ninja warrior course at Millwood Park will be the place to be on Saturday, 3 December.

Councillor Jacob Heremaia is encouraging all up-and-coming ninjas to participate in a ninja warrior competition between 3 pm and 4 pm.

‘It has been great to see the community enjoy the new course over the past few months,’ Cr Heremaia says.

‘I have seen all ages jump and climb through the 10-part course.’

The event will be a contest of speed, with participants timed as they race through the equipment to the finish line.

Cr Heremaia says the whole community is welcome to attend, even if it is just to support the competitors.

‘We’ll have a coffee van, fairy floss machine and other snacks, so come on down for a fun afternoon,’ he says.

‘We’d love to see as many people as possible conquer the course, as well as a big cheer squad.’

Millwood Park is in Millwood St at Heritage Park.
