Marsden Scout Group in high demand

Marsden Scout Group is booming with more than 90 youth members and a wait list for new ones in Cubs.

Councillor Jon Raven recently visited the group at Tamarind Park and announced that funding of more than $42,000 has been allocated for various upgrade works. He also presented awards to Logan District Cub leader Rosie Mutsimba (pictured left) and Marsden Cub Leader Scott Apps. The group is keen to enlist more parent volunteers as leaders across the group.
