Playful marsupials at Greenbank park

A little brown wombat has his work cut out for him at Greenbank’s Colville Park.

The cute children’s rocker is among new play features installed at the park, to the delight of local families who live in the Harvest Rise development.

The new playground also includes a 3-bay swing set featuring a flat swing, a toddler swing and a wide basket swing.

Children can also go ‘shopping’ in the park, at a new corner store play panel.

Division 11 Councillor Natalie Willcocks says the fun additions have made the park more appealing for local families.

‘It’s great to encourage our young kids to enjoy themselves outdoors through this project,’ Cr Willcocks says.
