At Aloha Hound Dog Spa and Retreat, business owner Erin Fitzgerald and her team pamper pooches with services like paw massages, pet-friendly manicures, and tailored haircuts.
‘We have a holistic approach to all our treatments to honour your fur baby’s mind, body and spirit,’ Erin says.
‘We use organic, non-toxic and natural products, along with essential oils and plenty of positive reinforcement to provide a safe, non-toxic and happy experience for your pups.
‘Just like humans, organic products are important so they can live a happy and healthy life.’
After a relaxing spa treatment or haircut, Erin’s clientele have the option to unwind in their own beds, chow down on an organic meal or play with other dogs.
The spa is also proudly cage free, which reduces the amount of stress dogs experience during grooming.
It’s all part of Erin’s mission to create a haven for her four-legged clients.
‘I set up shop in Loganholme because it’s a great area and I thought the community here would love a salon with a different approach to grooming,’ she says.
‘It’s very central and we get doggies from north, south and east – our customers have really supported us, especially during the pandemic.
‘We also have a lot of amazing small businesses in the area that have shown us so much love.’
