The beloved Deedot Coffee team’s City of Logan offering, Never Been, is housed in a modern industrial space with an innovative brunch menu to drool over: Iced VoVo French toast, huevos rancheros, Baton Rouge crab melt and more.

Eight Ounce Cafe, Springwood
The always popular Eight Ounce Cafe has quickly become a go-to brunch spot for Japanese-inspired dishes in a relaxing outdoor space. You’ll find a delectable genmaicha matcha latte, matcha bagels, prawn katsu sandwiches, truffle mushroom toasties and buttery miso banana bread on the menu.

Perks Cafe, Jimboomba
With a choice of dining inside or out for a taste of the breeze and sunshine, Perks Cafe has a menu selection for all the family, plus a wide range of freshly squeezed juices, yummy smoothies and really good coffee! They pride themselves on sourcing the freshest from local suppliers, and how tasty each plate can be. Plenty of parking is also a perk, pardon the pun.

The Eve Cafe and Bar, Greenbank
It’s a rustic cosy corner of Greenbank loved by locals, with room for visitors as well. Winning ‘Best Cafe – Logan’ for 2024, The Eve Cafe and Bar has plenty of shade, great views and a menu to tantalise those tastebuds. Choosing is the hardest part, from mini Dutch pancakes with seasonal fruit and maple syrup, or the gorgeous breakfast board for 2, to miso mushrooms on sourdough and even a breakfast hotdog involving chorizo, balsamic onions, hollandaise, salsa and a brioche roll. One visit may not be enough.

The latest specialty coffee shop on the block, Milk & Ccino focuses on barista-brewed coffee and a lineup of specialty drinks. Pick from options such as matcha strawberry, iced taro espresso, or banana coffee to go with a selection of cookies, croissants, wraps and sandwiches in a cosy and light-filled space.

The Laneway Green, Springwood
If you’re looking for inner city café culture on the southside, check out The Laneway Green and its airy, light-filled dining space. Sip on a cup of specialty Bellissimo coffee and peruse the locally sourced menu, which has something for everyone: coconut chai porridge, acai bowls and even mixed bean shakshuka.

Christopher’s Fine Foods, Daisy Hill
A stalwart in Daisy Hill, Christopher’s Fine Foods has been dishing up brunch favourites since 1988. The menu is as simple as it is delicious – pick from options like ham and cheese croissants or banana and blueberry pancakes.

One of the few cafes in Logan with extended hours (10 pm close on most nights), Mi Casa Café is also one of the most reliable brunch spots in the area. Its delectable breakfast menu, which is available until 2 pm, features dishes like Middle Eastern spiced lamb mince served on souvlaki and Turkish eggs, doused in tasty herb and garlic yoghurt.
