Living Sculptures: How the birds got their colours?

Living Sculptures: How the birds got their colours? is a stunning, Indigenous-led, contemporary performance piece fusing traditional First Nations dance, storytelling and contemporary circus.

This show is a collaboration between ARC Circus and Luther Cora and his team from Yugambeh Aboriginal Dancers.

The work is a telling of the traditional Dreamtime story of the same name, which explores themes of belonging and our unique differences.

This event is part of ‘Where Do I Belong?’, which is a series of contemporary art exhibitions, bird-themed activities, events and performances around Logan that reveal the beauty and fragility of native birds while igniting hope for a sustainable future.
