Peaks to Points Festival: Logan events

The 2026 Peaks to Point Festival is a biennial, catchment-wide celebration that brings communities together to connect and learn about our amazing waterways.

Logan City Council is a Gold Sponsor of the festival, supporting its delivery in partnership with our neighbouring councils, community groups and environmental organisations.

The festival aims to build awareness, encourage stewardship and highlight the importance of healthy creek systems.

This year’s festival will run from 25 July to 9 August, featuring more than 60 events across multiple creek catchments.

The program includes guided walks, workshops, citizen science activities, creative events and family-friendly experiences designed to engage people of all ages in caring for nature.

Within the City of Logan, nine events will be delivered in the Oxley Creek catchment.

These activities provide opportunities for the community to explore local waterways, learn about biodiversity and take part in hands-on environmental education.
